Karbonius G80 M3 Carbon Vented Front Fender Set

The Karbonius G80 M3 Carbon Vented Front Fender Set is an advanced engineering piece that combines meaningful weight reduction with functional aerodynamic venting in a fitment engineered to OEM precision. Compared to the factory steel fenders, the Karbonius carbon units deliver a considerable weight saving while the integrated venting design actively manages wheel arch air pressure at speed.

Each fender is manufactured at Karbonius' facility in Spain from high-quality pre-preg carbon fiber in a 2x2 weave, autoclave-cured for structural integrity and a flawless finish. The optional upper carbon fiber louvers, combined with integrated side channels, allow for efficient evacuation of air accumulated around the wheel — reducing wheel arch pressure in a way that can contribute to increased downforce and improved aerodynamic efficiency.

Available in two configurations — with or without upper vented louvers — and in two finishes: primed paint-ready for a body-matched result, or full gloss carbon for an exposed carbon look. OEM mounting points are preserved throughout for a direct-fit installation.
