Karbonius E46 M3 / 3-Series Carbon Strut Brace

The Karbonius E46 M3 / 3-Series Carbon Strut Brace is one of the most effective handling upgrades available for the E46 platform — directly inspired by the discontinued BMW Performance strut bar, but re-engineered in premium prepreg carbon fiber. A strut tower brace adds meaningful structural strength to the chassis, preventing strut tower flex and maintaining suspension geometry under hard cornering, both on road and track.

At just 1,100 grams, the Karbonius brace is exceptionally lightweight without compromising the structural integrity required of a functional chassis component. The carbon bar is manufactured in prepreg carbon fiber and cured in an aluminum mold in an autoclave; the strut tower caps are 5-axis CNC machined from natural anodized aluminum and include six titanium strut tower nuts. The 2×2 carbon weave in standard high-gloss finish provides a striking, eye-catching appearance that complements any E46 engine bay.

Each piece is individually numbered to guarantee authenticity and origin.
