Eventuri BMW F7X M135 M235 / U1X X1 X2 M35i (B48) Black Carbon Intake System

The Eventuri carbon intake system for the BMW F70 M135, F74 M235, U10 X2 M35i, and U11 X1 M35i has been engineered as a fully sealed, high-volume solution for the latest B48A20T2 platform. By replacing the restrictive factory airbox with a patented carbon fiber Venturi housing and smooth-flow duct, the system delivers a direct and thermally stable airflow path to the turbocharger for improved efficiency and performance consistency.

At the core of the design is Eventuri’s patented Venturi filter housing, which houses the Generation 2 bespoke dry filter and integrates the sensor section into a single streamlined assembly. This configuration eliminates the multiple 90-degree direction changes found in the OEM intake path, allowing air to travel from the front duct to the turbo inlet in a smooth, uninterrupted flow. The result is reduced turbulence, lower pressure drop, and improved turbo response — particularly beneficial at higher states of tune where airflow demand is increased.

The carbon fiber inlet duct draws cold air from the factory front air feed but features a larger internal volume and organic curvature to increase flow efficiency. An expandable rubber edge seal allows the duct to remain sealed to the housing while accommodating engine movement, while the custom flexible coupler enables the filter housing to remain fixed in position for consistent intake air temperatures under load.

The system mounts to OEM locations using hidden bracketry for a factory-level installation and provides a significant visual upgrade to the engine bay with high-gloss pre-preg carbon fiber construction.
