Eventuri 4.0TFSI Twin Turbo V8 Black Carbon Intake System - 2025+

The Eventuri carbon intake system for the 2025+ 4.0TFSI twin turbo V8 EA825 platform has been completely re-engineered to suit the facelift models equipped with electronic wastegates. By redesigning the entire upper airbox architecture rather than reusing the restrictive factory lid, Eventuri has created a higher volume flow path which allows the twin turbos to operate with significantly reduced drag and improved response.

The factory airbox lid limits the size of the internal flow collector and the filtration media. Eventuri’s enlarged carbon fiber lid increases the available internal volume, allowing for a larger flow collector and oversized bespoke cone filters. This removes the inherent restriction found in systems which retain the OEM lid and enables a smoother, higher velocity airflow path to the turbo inlets.

The turbo inlet hoses are up to 43% larger in cross-sectional area than stock and are designed to maximize internal volume while maintaining smooth transitions. The increased capacity allows the turbochargers to spool more efficiently, resulting in sharper throttle response and measurable performance gains across the rev range.

Constructed entirely from pre-preg carbon fiber with no fiberglass, the system provides a smooth internal surface for consistent airflow and a high-gloss engine bay transformation which matches the flagship nature of the EA825 V8 platforms.
