Xtreme XE-R S-Charged/N2O 238/240 Hydraulic Roller Finger Follower Cams for Ford 4.6/5.4/5.8 Modular. Max strip/street cams for centrifugal supercharged or nitrous engines. Large gains in power with larger throttle body, mass air, injectors and exhaust upgrades. 2500+ stall. Requires lower Gears and custom tuning. Rough idle.
