Description
The CANchecked TCC10 Thermo Couple Converter with DTM 4-way is the ten-channel flagship of the TCCXX family, delivering direct CAN bus transmission of thermocouple data rather than the analog 0–5V output used by the entry-level TCC01. With support for up to ten Type-K thermocouples, the TCC10 is built for motorsport and high-performance applications where multiple temperature channels must be monitored simultaneously and transmitted reliably across a CAN network.
Type-K thermocouples cover an enormous variety of measurement tasks: exhaust gas temperature (EGT), pre- and post-intercooler temperatures, cylinder head temperatures, water temperature, oil temperature, and more. Every reading is cold-junction compensated, with a measurement range of 0 to 1250°C and a resolution of 0.25°C (14 bits) for exceptional precision. The TCC10 connects to the CAN bus via a practical four-pin DTM connector and supports the CAN 2.0A/B standard with flexible configuration, ensuring compatibility with devices from a wide range of manufacturers. WLAN connectivity is a standout feature: configure the module, push firmware updates, and view real-time temperature data and thermocouple status from any smartphone or PC over Wi-Fi.
