If your N55, B58, or S55 powered beast is making big power, your factory plugs will start to become an issue. Generally if you are asking your engine to deliver 70-100hp more than stock output, you should move to a step colder plug. 

Note that BMW Spark plugs require a special 12 point 14mm thin walled socket. We have several options available in our catalog that will help you get your spark plugs changed. The BMW part number for the tool is 83300495560, but we recommend the Schwaben brand ES2561145 that won't cost you an arm and a leg.
