Ensure threads are free of dirt and grease.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eConfirm the stud shank passes cleanly through the brake disc holes and does not bottom on the disc.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eApply a thin coat of high-temperature threadlocker (Loctite Blue 2422 or equivalent, rated to 650°F) to the short end threads.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eUsing a 6mm Allen key, screw the short end of each stud into the hub until the shank seats. Do not overtighten.
