All parts, products, and/or goods shipping from Manji to customer/invoicee's desired shipping address are shipped *EX-WORKS*. Manji is not liable or responsible for any damages to any parts, products, and/or goods that are a result of shipping, and are the responsibility of the customer/invoicee to submit a damage claim to the Shipper. Damages resulting from shipping do not constitute any grounds to cancel, void, or chargeback any funds and/or transactions related to the damaged parts, products, and/or goods. Manji reserves the right to limit it's responsibility to only provide the contact information for the Shipper to the customer/invoicee if and/or when damaged goods require a claim to be made with the Shipper.

Invoicee/Customer has taken the due diligence to educate and research the pros and cons of modifying or servicing his or her vehicle/s, and consequently, his or her responsibilities inherent with all terms and conditions. Customer/invoicee understands that modifying his or her vehicle/s bares certain risks including any and all damage to his or her vehicle/s and understands and agrees to hold Manji harmless of any liability pertaining to the customer/invoicee's vehicle/s and/or any products used prior, during, and after performing any patronage and/or services with Manji. An Order Cancellation fee of 10% will apply to any written or verbal order that is cancelled after 24 hours from being placed with Manji. A service fee of 20% will apply to all returned products which must be returned in new condition with prior written authorization. Dealers/Resellers are responsible for providing product disclosures and terms and conditions to their ultimate consumers. Any In-house fabricated parts sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted for any items built by Manji. Customer/Invoicee understands and agrees that Manji cannot and does not assume responsibility for any property damage to his or her vehicle, theft of the vehicle, or any part of the vehicle, or loss of personal articles from the vehicle. Customer/Invoicee understands and agrees to release and discharge Manji, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claim, debts, damage, loss, cost, and expense of every kind or nature arising from customer/invoicee's vehicle while the vehicle is at Manji. Payments for wholesale orders above $2500 is accepted only by bank wire transfer or company/certified cashier's checks. Customer/Invoicee understands that new merchandise is provided in brand new, factory-sealed condition. Customer/Invoicee will not hold Manji responsible for any damaged or defective products and agrees that no guarantees or warranties are implied. Goods are provided ex-works. Delivery times and completion times are approximate. Times and dates for delivery and/or completion are not of the essence. Products may not comply to individual State Laws and may be legal for off-road only use in certain states. It is understood that the customer/invoicee is having product installed in a vehicle and/or vehicles in which it has been confirmed to comply with the customer/invoicee's intended location of use and the inherent individual State's laws. By purchasing any product from Manji, the customer/invoicee assumes all responsibilities and consequences. The customer/invoicee is not absolved of responsibility by any means of ignorance and is hereby informed. Customer/invoicee agrees to release Manji and/or any employees of all liability whilst performing actions including but not limited to software tuning, diagnostics, and operation of vehicle. Customer/Invoicee understands that products including but not limited to software and emissions related parts on said vehicle may not be California Emissions Compliant or CARB approved.
